SHIPPING

Your Order will be dispatched using a DHL Express Service.  Next Day orders must be placed before 11 am to guarantee a next day delivery and will be dispatched using DHL or occasionally, Royal Mail's Next Day delivery service, particularly if a Staurday delivery is required.

Please note: XOX is not open on Saturday and Sunday so any orders placed after 11am on Friday's will NOT be posted until the Monday. Please bear this in mind if ordering anything on a next day delivery after 11am on a Friday afternoon. 

Next day orders will be given priority and CLICK and COLLECT orders can be ready sooner than 48 hours if you call us on 01256704562 to let us know that it is urgent.

Please also let us know if your order is for a gift and if you would like it gift wrapped and a message included.
